This debut is happening at the upcoming Guangzhou Auto Show. However, this is not just another hypercar launch. It is the public premiere of the fastest production car globally. - World’s Fastest Production Car: A professional pilot pushed the U9 Xtreme on a German test track. It reached a certified top speed of 496.22 km/h (308.3 mph). Therefore, it officially dethrones the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+.
- First Production EV to Break the 7-Minute Barrier: The hypercar also lapped the Nürburgring in 6 minutes 59.157 seconds. As a result, it is the first series-production electric car to break the seven-minute mark.
The Technology Behind the 3000+ Horsepower Beast
This record-breaking performance requires revolutionary engineering. Specifically, the car uses a groundbreaking 1200-volt high-voltage platform. This design lets its Blade Battery handle extreme power demands. Consequently, the system provides immense energy for record-breaking runs.
